Generating a report in WiseCost

Generate a report in WiseCost from Reports → New Report: pick a report, set its filters and run it. Every report is kept in History to download again.

Labor Distribution report

The Labor Distribution report shows hours, percent of time, rate and labor cost by employee and contract, from posted entries that match QuickBooks Online.

Indirect Rate report: fringe, overhead and G&A

Calculate fringe, overhead and G&A rates from QuickBooks Online in WiseCost, by account in ICE style or by pool, with an Excel workbook of live formulas.

P&L report by class, customer or project

Assigning account roles for indirect rates

Give each QuickBooks account a role in Company Setup → Accounts (fringe, overhead, G&A, facilities, unallowable) so WiseCost can calculate your rates.

Audit Trail

The WiseCost Audit Trail is an immutable log of every change, with old and new values, filters by date, user, entity and action, and a CSV export.
